Global Sales Associate

Job Requirements:

The Hybrid Group currently has immediate independent Global Sales opportunities available to sales professionals looking for unlimited, yet flexible earning potential.  With our aggressive compensation plan, earning potential exceeds current industry competitors.  Don’t limit yourself to one brand or one location – sell the world.

This Global Sales position will focus on new business development by way of introducing and selling the Hybrid Group’s Site Selection & Contract Negotiation Services. In addition, associates have the ability to sell an extended suite of in-house Convention & Association Management Solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Conference & Project Management
  • Event Registration Service & Technology
  • Hotel Block / Housing Management
  • Supplier Contract Procurement & Negotiations
  • Education Program & Planning
  • Tradeshow Logistics Management
  • Association Management Services

Candidates must be self-motivated and comfortable with a 100% commission based model (base draws or insurance stipends available based upon individual performance) and thrive within a performance oriented environment. Candidates must also be able to participate in business development and retention practices in order to grow the Hybrid Group’s global brand and account opportunities.

Required Skills

  • 5 years’ experience of proven expertise in hospitality business development
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
