Karen Devine brings 30 years of combined buyer and supplier experience to the meeting and incentive marketplace. After 10 years working for incentive companies such as Carlson Marketing Group and S&H Motivation, Karen began her supplier career in the Worldwide Sales Office in Chicago for Four Seasons/Regent Hotels & Resorts. Joining Radisson Seven Seas in 2000, Karen became the Director of Charter & Incentive Sales representing this luxury worldwide fleet. In 2004, 3D Destinations opened its doors to provide full cruise sourcing, negotiation and contracting along with destination and port knowledge to any customer interested in group and charter cruises worldwide.

Dawn Barbeau

Dawn Barbeau is the Vice President of Sales for Global DMC Partners, where she oversees sales and service activities, supports clients in the Midwest and serves the Financial and Insurance market. She represents a worldwide consortium of Destination Management Partners.

Ms. Barbeau has been in the hospitality world for more than 20 years. Prior to coming to Global DMC Partners, she held management positions with companies including Hilton, Starwood, Wyndham, and Loews Hotels and worked in sales for a DMC and most recently as the Global Sales manager for another DMC consortium . She is active in numerous industry organizations, including Financial and Insurance Conference Planners (FICP) and Meeting Professionals International (MPI) as well as Society of Incentive Travel Executives (SITE). Ms. Barbeau is a graduate of the Hospitality and Tourism program at Purdue University.

Ian Quartermaine

With over 25 years of experience in the travel industry, Ian has a proven record of opening new markets and developing new channels of distribution. He has managed key client relationships in air, cruise, and hospitality segments. He has held various senior positions within the industry, including Head of Marketing and Distribution for British Airways for the Middle East and North Africa, Director of Business Development at Discover the World, Vice President of Americas for Air New Zealand and Ansett, and Vice President of International Sales at GetThere. Ian cofounded and operated Meetings International, LLC. During that ten year period, he opened and operated in over 40 countries. Ian's exceptionally strong reputation in the industry has also earned him a position on the Starwood Advisory Board for Meetings and Events for Asia Pacific, alongside some of the most prominent business leaders in the world. He is also a fellow of the UK Charted Institute of Management.
